It is more important than ever that scientists are equipped with the strategies, skills and support to contribute to solutions to our greatest environmental and social challenges. Join us for this interactive session where we’ll share practical advice for being a scientist and communicator in this era. Journalists will share their stories and experiences of communication and engagement, what has worked and what didn’t. We’ll explore challenges for scientists, including misinformation and how to communicate across difference, jumpstarting a spirited discussion on how we can be aware of our intent and impact as we communicate in a rapidly changing world.
